"Little ribbon" sun hat - free crochet pattern

Summer is just around the corner! Time to show off your colorful sun hat! This is my first attempt to design a baby sun hat - ribboned, ribbed lines with soft brim.

St(s) = Stitch(es)
Sl = Slip stitch

Sc Single crochet
Inc = Increase
Dec = Decrease
Hdc= Half double crochet
Dec hdc= Half double crochet 2 stitches together
Inc hdc= 2 half double crochet in same stitch

Dc = Double crochet
Inc dc = 2 double crochet in same stitch
Dec dc = Double crochet 2 stitches together
Tc = Triple crochet
Inc tc = 2 triple crochet in same stitch

Note: This crochet sun hat pattern is for toddler size (18'' head circumference) with materials indicated. I prefer a soft and light baby hat so light weight yarn is picked, however, feel free to use other type of yarn and a different size of crochet hook as you want.
