Note: This pattern is suitable for fine and soft fabric.

Materials:

Cloth ( any type and color you like)

Elastic band

Scissors

Sewing needle

Sewing thread

Sewing machine

Measuring tape

Tailor's chalk 

Cut 2 upside down trapezium pieces of cloth as the following image.

Sew the ____ lines up.

Fasten off the front neck with a band.

Sew elastic band around the waist. ( I made it abit low )

Sew the hemlines and finish.

With ankle strap high heels, show your pretty legs in this slouchy dress
